Companies within the group

LSI Software group consists of:

• LSI Software S.A. – developer of Bastion ERP software, POSitive Retail shop chain system, and POSitive Hospitality catering and hospitality systems,
• Softech Sp. z o.o. – developer of Gastro and Chart software for the catering and hospitality sector.
• Horeca Online Sp. z o.o. - operator of a modern Web-based e-platform for the catering and hospitality sectors, providing consulting, accounting, marketing, call center and goods exchange services.   

The group has its offices in Warsaw and Kołobrzeg. LSI Software and Softech are permanently cooperating with more than 100 partners from Poland, Germany, the United States and the Middle East. The head office of LSI Software is based in Łódź.  

Management Board of LSI Software S.A.

Grzegorz Siewiera has permanently held  the position of the President of the Management Board since 1998. He is one of the three company founders. Since the very beginning, he has been responsible for the overall operation of the company , the development and implementation of new products and setting out the company development strategy.
Grzegorz Siewiera has a university degree (M.A. in management) – he graduated from the University of Łódź and Włodkowic College. He also completed a Postgraduate Course of Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) offered by the University of Łódź and the University of Maryland.
