LSI Software’s Board wishes to inform about receiving a decision on registering changes in the Company’s Statute from the City Court of Łódź Śródmieście, XX Department of the National Court Register from 27h June 2008.
Due to issue registration of common shares to the bearer, issue J, LSI Software’s capital stock has been risen by the amount of PLN 193,726 (one hundred and three thousand seven hundred and twenty six polish Zloty) with the issue of 193,726 (one hundred and three thousand seven hundred and twenty six) shares, issue J, with the nominal value of 1 PLN each and it currently amounts PLN 3,260,726.00 (three million two hundred sixty thousand seven hundred and twenty six Polish Zlotys).
