LSI Software’s Board wishes to inform that according to resolution no. 591/2008 from 30th July 2008 the Board of Stock Exchange Warsaw S.C. allowed the admission and decided to introduce to the stock exchange turnover on 5th August 2008 LSI Software’s common shares to the bearer, issue J, with a nominal value of 1 PLN each as a standard procedure.
The introduction of the above mentioned LSI Software’s shares to the stock exchange turnover on 5th August 2008 will take place on the condition of registration of those shares and signing them with the code PLLSSFT00016 by the National Stock Exchange Deposit.
