The Management Board of LSI Software S.A. hereby informs that on April 23, 2009 the Supervisory Board of NOVITUS S.A. approved the acquisition and purchase of LSI SOFTWARE S.A. shares by NOVITUS S.A. in accordance with terms determined in agreement of April 23, 2009 (current report No 11/2009). Pursuant to the above, one of conditions suspending mentioned agreement, has been fulfilled.
