The Management Board of LSI Software S.A. hereby informs that on April 24, 2009 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution No 06/RN/2009 concerning the selection of an entity authorised to examine financial statements. Kancelaria Biegłych Rewidentów ‘CONSULTUS’ (with its registered office in Łódź, Gdańska 126/128 Street) has been chosen to audit the Company’s standalone and consolidated 2009 half-yearly financial report and 2009 annual financial report.
