Completed implementation at AmerSport
LSI Software S.A. has implemented the retail sale chain management system POSitive Retail in the nationwide shop chain AmerSport. The owner of this shoe network is the Warsaw-based Soul company. AmerSport is the sole Polish distributor of Converse, CAT and Merell brands.
The implementation covered 10 proprietary company shops. The objective was to create a unified, efficient working environment for the entire network, enabling an effective shop operation, central management and the execution of the strategic development plans. The implementation has significantly improved the flow of information between the headquarters and the shops. The system is a source of much valuable executive information.
