LSI Software at Polagra-Food fair
Fair report, Poznań, September 17th –20th , 2007
Between September 17th –20th , we participated in one of Poland's biggest fair events – the international food products and catering fair Polagra-Food. We combined the participation in this event with our nationwide Roadshow HorecaExpo exhibition, where we presented modern IT solutions for catering and hotel facilities.
Throughout the four days of the fair our stall was visited by many people interested in cooperation and who wanted to closely check modern solutions for the sector. We prepared special fair offers for the people interested in making a purchase.
Our direct purpose was to reach the customers who did not know about our solutions and to demonstrate directly the abilities of our systems for the catering and hotel industries.
A significant part of our exhibition space was taken by touchscreen POS terminals, ideally suited for the premiseswhere the work speed is the most important, and which do not take much space due to their compact structure. Our expert presents the basics of their operation.
The list of technical innovations presented at this year’s fair featured Key Call TX, a system for catering outlets, where the customer orders a dish at the bar or the till by himself , and then chooses a table and waits there for the execution of the order.
Another system presented at the fair was the kitchen display system, which improves the operation of the restaurant. Our sales representatives presented the manner of information flow in the system - starting from the customer’s order, to the execution of the order by the waiting staff.
Another innovative system, which could be experienced by the visitors of our stall, was the Server Paging System. The solution is necessary, where the high quality of customer handling is necessary.
The participation of our company in Polagra-Food 2007 fair received much attention. We hope that our presentations allowed the visitors to the fair to grasp the underlying rules of our solutions.
