Scope of services
 
LSI Software offers  hardware and software maintenance services. We are able to guarantee the  extensive assistance of our consultants and maintenance engineers around the whole of  Poland.
 
Major projects

Major IT projects consist of several stages, which are necessary to achieve the established objectives:

  • Analysis of IT requirements – examining how the problems can be solved with the use of modern IT solutions, and what advantages it will yield;
  • Pre-implementation analysis – detailed description of the current status, and the manner of obtaining the desired status, i.e. showing the benefits which can be gained from  the modern IT solution implementation, step-by-step; 
  • Consulting in project groups with  representatives of the customer and LSI Software; 
  • Indicating the persons responsible for project management on the part  of the customer and LSI Software.

Furthermore, the following services are carried out:

  • Installation services, consisting of the  installation of the necessary IT infrastructure , server system software, and database and utility software (management systems) offered by LSI Software;
  • Implementation services, consisting of the  configuration  of systems in a manner guaranteeing  operations compliant with established  objectives;
  • Training, consisting of training the users in the operation of the implemented solutions, i.e. obtaining measurable advantages from the modern IT solutions

Further stages of collaboration are:

  • Maintenance care for the operating system, including  direct assistance and servicing;
  • Upgrade care, guaranteeing  access to the latest versions of the implemented systems

Minor implementations

  • In the case of smaller IT projects, the implementation process is simplified. Most tasks are performed by one person, with possible support from other experts.
  • Analysis of IT requirements, pre-implementation analysis and consulting are reduced to an interview about the expected system configuration, filling the simplified analysis form/protocol and appointing the people  responsible for the project;
  • Installation, implementation (system configuration) and training services are executed in short time intervals or even at the same time;  
  • Further stages of cooperation; i.e. the system maintenance care and upgrade care are unchanged; the only difference is the scale.
