SUBJECT OF THE REPORT: APPOINTMENT TO THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

LSI Software S.A. Management Board, with its registered office in Łódź, hereby reports that on 1 March 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting (current report no. 4/2023) decided to appoint Mr. Krzysztof Apostolidis as Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Krzysztof Apostolidis is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, an entrepreneur from Łódź, founder and president of several companies. In the 1990s he held a seat on the supervisory boards of the Co-operative People’s Bank in Łódź and the Joint Stock Company Guziejewski-Albrecht – the first private brokerage house in Poland.
In 1991, he founded and is still the owner of the Partner Center company, which imports and produces wines and spirits in many countries around the world and is one of the main players on the FMCG market in this area. The company operates the modern, traditional and Horeca market segments.
For over 20 years he has been involved in the development industry, and examples of his investments include the Oktagon office building located at Wolności Square 3 – the first Class A building of its kind in Łódź, as well as the modern Logistics Center in Wolbórz, built within the Łódź Special Economic Zone. The Partner Logistic company, located within this Center, is managed by Krzysztof Apostolidis, who founded it in 2006. He was one of the investors in the Sukcesja Shopping and Entertainment Center.
One of Łódź’s landmarks has become the historic tenement house “Secesja 89” located at 89 Piotrkowska Street, revitalized by Olimpus Investment, a company founded and managed by Krzysztof Apostolidis. The property is home to the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Denmark and many other businesses.
Since 2006, Krzysztof Apostolidis has served as the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Denmark in Łódź. He was appointed as Knight of the Order of Dannebrog by Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. In 2015, he was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland. As a local patriot, he actively engages in activities aimed at the development of his beloved Łódź, a city he considers exceptional due to its fascinating and extraordinary history, unique architecture, and immense potential. He is married and has two sons.
