Content of the report:

With reference to current report No. 8/2023 of 1 March 2023, the Management Board hereby reports that Krzysztof Apostolidis:

– is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors as referred to in Art. 55 of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register ( Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 17, item 209, as amended);

– is not engaged in other activities outside the Issuer’s business which are competitive thereto, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, or in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.
