SUBJECT OF THE REPORT: Information on preliminary sales results after three quarters of 2022

Based on preliminary data, the Management Board of LSI Software S.A. reports a nearly 20% increase in consolidated revenues generated throughout three quarters of 2022, which reached PLN 39.8 million compared to PLN 33.3 million recorded in the corresponding period of 2021.

In turn, in the third quarter of 2022 alone, the Group’s consolidated revenues increased by 37% compared to the second quarter of 2022. The Management Board of LSI Software S.A. also reports that on 24 October 2022 the Company received a decision from PFR S.A. (“Polish Development Fund”) on the release from the obligation to return the financial subsidy received under Financial Shield 2.0. Revenue resulting from the indicated release in the amount of PLN 3.5 million will be recognised in the Group’s financial results in the fourth quarter of 2022.
